The current game state exhibits total tile immobilization. Your objective is to systematically defrost the mahjong tiles through strategic matching. Specifically, locate and combine identical tiles that are no longer restricted, which will simultaneously remove those matched tiles and progressively liberate additional tiles from their frozen state.
