Head to Head Tic Tac Toe

This is a classic Tic Tac Toe game. The objective is to obtain three consecutive marks in a row. Two players take turns until one player achieves the required three-in-a-row. If all spaces are occupied without a winner, the result is considered a tie or 'Cat's game'.
