Описание
Establish a comprehensive bridge infrastructure connecting multiple islands according to predetermined numerical specifications. The network must adhere to the following constraints: each island requires a specified number of bridge connections, bridges may only be constructed vertically or horizontally between islands, and no more than two bridges can interconnect any two specific islands.
